Six Robotics raises 12 million euro

Six Robotics announced on 29 June that it has raised 12 million euro in an equity round led by DTCP through its defence fund DTCP Defence, joined by EIFO, Denmark’s export and investment fund, and Scale Capital. It is the largest seed round in Norwegian startup history. Read the announcement at Six Robotics.

Six builds autonomy software that lets multiple unmanned systems operate together in demanding environments, with defence as its first market. The company is based in Oslo, has grown from five to nearly ninety people, and works closely with the Norwegian Armed Forces and the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment. The money will go to product development, more customer deployments across Europe and allied markets, and a larger team.
